SPY....Support holding at lower BB40 for the last 3-days, you would expect the the same today as we are at lower BB40 in pre-market(Friday). Going long is still your best bet until support is broken.

Sill holding AEM(+12.4%)..... GLD(154.20) still in red and has a long way to go...the only gold stocks in my retirement portfolio....would like to get out of GLD.
