CVG and NVRO were pulled up by the short filter today. I was not at the computer near the close but will watch these tomorrow for a possible short position.
JP - any thoughts on these two?

Kevin, quick comment on CVG. 2nd Q earnings were released today I believe and Net Income and EBITDA increased Y over Y. Not sure if that will push up even an overbought stock. fyi

or the good vibes from earnings expectations made it gap up and it's already baked in. resistance on CVG is $30.

NVRO....No overhead resistance, this would be a very risky short in my opinion.
CVG.... this is also pointing to higher prices...keep an eye on time and sales for big sellers(not the 100-200 shares traders).
FYI....day traders should avoid averaging down on a position, draw support/ resis lines on your chart and set your stop.
A friend of mine gets me to pull the trigger on his stops because he freezes when a stock goes against him. My girlfriend(now my wife) did the same for me earlier in my trading career.

You guys can have this I made a few years back. It's good.
Add to your arsenal. This is no way to make a living. Big day spike
will ruin you. Live by the sword croak by the sword.
Short end of day or next day on red. I would rather look back
and short higher spikes since nearlyevery stock reverts
back to upper Acc. Band.

SKX = shoes, M = clothing (I think) Why would you expect a sentiment trade opportunity here? Or just because they're both retail?

M isn't a sentimental play. they slashed more than half of their operations lol. positive signals to the market because they are doing something about the crap economy, how shitty retail is in general and this will improve operating income.

Sorry, I meant a sympathy play. But looking at my own portfolio I notice the DECK puts I sold a few days ago are in serious profit too. So I guess it's got something to do with retail sector.
