Hopped on the bull train.
Green shoot today? based on observation that prices tend to go up at least for a short while when
when both rule2a > 0 and rule2b >0. (See above post of 4/27/2019 5:55:39 PM)
Just a guess. May turn out to be wrong.

okay, banked some coins,
so now hopped off the experiment.
Honestly, it was just a case of blind squirrel finding a nut.
It's actually simpler to just use RSI(2)
